Counselor In Training Camp (CIT) is an exciting program. For seven fun-filled days, adults and teens are invited to come and participate in a program designed to teach leadership skills, build teamwork, and give opportunities for skill development and personal growth.
Senior Counselors- The Senior Counselor is a young adult with a servant's heart who loves to oversee children's activities. They will be responsible for the children's games, crafts, and other daily camp activities. The Sr Counselor must be 18 years of age or older. CIT will be seven days, and they must participate in this training successfully.
Teen Volunteers Summer Staff Ministries Include
Junior Counselor –The Junior Counselor is a young person with a servant’s heart who loves to help with children’s activities. They will help with children's games, crafts, and other daily activities. The Junior Counselor must be at least 16 years of age. CIT will be five days, and they must participate in this training successfully.
Assistant Horse Wrangler – The Assistant Horse Wrangler is a young person who is at least 16 years of age and has a working knowledge of horses and horse tack. They will be responsible for helping prep horses for daily activities and caring for them throughout the day. They must participate in and successfully compete in the Wrangler Training Program.
Trail Blazer – A Trailblazer is a young person who loves to work outside and get dirty. Some tasks will include making and upkeep trails, helping maintain the camp facility, and preparing for camp events. The Junior Trail Blazer must be at least 14 years of age.
Camp Hospitality Assistant – The Camp Hospitality assistant is a teen who is at least 14 years of age and is willing to work hard with a smile on their face. Their regular daily routine will be helping to serve meals and keeping the camp orderly.
