Junior Counselors
Counselor In Training Camp (CIT) is a exciting program beginning this summer. For five fun filled days, teens who are fourteen years of age and older are invited to come and participate in a program designed to teach leadership skills, build teamwork, and give opportunities for skill development and personal growth.
CIT campers who successfully complete the program will be encouraged to become part of the volunteer staff of Stoney Point Camp for the summer.
Junior Counselor –The Junior Counselor is a young person with a servant’s heart who loves to help with children’s activities. They will work in helping with games, crafts, and other daily children’s activities. The Junior Counselor must be at least 16 years of age.
Assistant Horse Wrangler – The Assistant Horse Wrangler is a young person who is at least 16 years of age and has a working knowledge of horses and horse tack. They will be responsible for helping prep horses for daily activities and help caring for the horses throughout the day. They must participate in and successfully compete the Wrangler Training Program. For more information, call (570) 746-1428.
Trail Blazer – A Trailblazer is a young person who loves to work outside and get dirty. Some tasks will include making and upkeep of trails, help maintain the camp facility, and prepare for camp events. The Junior Trail Blazer must be at least 14 years of age.
Camp Hospitality Assistant – The Camp Hospitality assistant is a teen who is at least 14 years of age who is willing to work hard with a smile on their face. Their normal daily routine will be helping serve meals and keeping the camp orderly.
